Sonix® 355 CRRD
Sonix® 355 CRRD was made for removal of cured conformal coating from coating frames, parts of coating machines and coated Printed Circuit Boards for repair and subsequent coating. All processes are automated and run in 4 separate process chambers. The System can be used for “dual” application - one chamber for coating frame and pallets, second for reflow oven and wave soldering machine parts. All 4 chambers can be used at the same time, which increases productivity and stops cross-contamination.
Sonix® 954 CRD Piano
Sonix® 954 CRD “Piano” was designed for the removal of cured conformal coating from coating frames, parts of coating machines and coated Printed Circuit Boards for repair and subsequent coating. In certain cases, Sonix® 954 CRD “Piano” is also recommended for Printed Circuit Board cleaning and for the degreasing metal parts. All processes are fully automated and take place in one chamber.
