InJet® 388 CD is a simple cleaning solution that removes solder pastes from stencils, squeegees and one-sided misprint and can be used for PumpPrint cleaning after a consultation.

InJet® 388 CRD is made for the removal of solder pastes and Surface-Mount Tech adhesives from stencils, Pum Prints, squeegees and misprints. InJet 388CRD can be used for Printed Circuit Board cleaning and removal of cured conformal coating.

The InJet® 388 CRRD “Combo” is designed for precision plate cleaning after soldering and can be used for high-quality removal of solder pastes and Surface-Mount Tech adhesives from stencils, PumpPrint, squeegees and misprint and the aforementioned cleaning applications.

InJet® 388 TWIN CRD is made for the cleaning flux residues from Printed Circuit Boards after soldering. The InJet 388 TWIN CRD Sausage dog can be used for the removal of solder pastes and Surface-Mount Tech adhesives from stencils, PumpPrint, squeegee, and misprint. All processes are fully automated and take place in two process chambers, where the cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber and rinsing and drying takes place in the second inlet chamber. Both chambers can be used in parallel, this increases productivity and reduces cross-contamination.

InJet® 388 TWIN CRRD “Sausage Dog” is made for high-capacity and precise plate cleaning after soldering. The InJet 388 TWIN CRRD Sausage Dog can be used for high-capacity removal of solder pastes and Surface-Mount Tech adhesives from stencils, PumpPrint, squeegees and misprints. The Injet 388 TWIN CRRD Sausage dog has three chambers where the cleaning process takes place. Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber; the first rinsing process takes place in the central passage chamber and the third chamber is used for the final rinse and drying process. These Chambers increase productivity and reduces cross-contamination.

InJet® 388 TRIPLE CRRD is made for high-capacity and precise plate cleaning after soldering. All processes are fully automated and run in 3 separate process chambers, where the cleaning takes place in the first chamber, then the cleaned part goes to the central chamber automatically where the first rinsing process takes place and the final rinse and drying process takes place in the third and last chamber. All 3 chambers can be used in parallel, which increases machine capacity and reduces cross-contamination.

InJet® 388 DOUBLE TRIPLE CRRD is the most powerful vertical sprayer for post-solder plate cleaning. The cleaning system is used for high-capacity removal of solder pastes and Surface-Mount Tech adhesive from stencils, PumpPrint, squeegee and misprint. All processes are fully automated and run in 3 process chambers. Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber; the first rinsing process takes place in the central chamber and the final rinse and drying process takes place in the last chamber. All three chambers can be used simultaneously, which increases productivity and reduces cross-contamination.

InJet® 3179 CRD is designed to remove solder pastes and Surface-Mount Tech adhesives from non-standard oversized stencils. The size of the process chamber provides the possibility of inserting and simultaneously cleaning 2 standard 29” x 29” stencil. The cleaning machine has 100% closed-loop with processes of cleaning, rinsing and drying technologies. All of the processes are fully automated, and take place in one process chamber.

InJet® 888 CRD-1F is designed for the removal flux residues from solder frames and for the maintenance of cleaning soldering equipment parts. The designation 1F indicates a 1-storey solution, intended for cleaning larger parts.

The InJet® 888 CRD-2F was made for the removal of smelting residues from soldering frames, and the maintenance cleaning of soldering equipment components. The InJet 888 CRD 2F can be used for PRINTED Circuit Board cleaning and for cleaning a combination of boards, misprints, stencils and conformal coating frames. The 2F designation has a 2-storey solution where smaller parts can be cleaned in two baskets simultaneously to maximize cleaning capacity and large parts can be cleaned in lower basket.

The InJet® 888 CRRD-1F was made to remove flux residues from Printed Circuit Boards. The cleaning system has a 1-storey solution intended for cleaning larger parts and It is possible to insert and clean a stencil and a misprints at the same time.

The InJet® 888 CRRD-2F is designed for removing flux residues from Printed Circuit Boards. The 2F designation has a 2-storey solution where smaller parts can be cleaned in two baskets simultaneously and at the bottom large parts can be cleaned.
